Op zaterdag 27 augustus 2016 organiseert het Platform Tegen Stierenvechten in samenwerking met de Internationale Vegan Strike Group voor de vierde keer op rij een groot landelijk protest tegen het stierenvechten.
Vorig jaar liepen meer dan honderd mensen mee in een protestmars naar de Spaanse ambassade om hun afkeer te uiten ten opzichte van het wrede en achterhaalde stierenvechten.
Vor 75 Jahren überfiel Nazi-Deutschland die Sowjetunion und begann einen Vernichtungskrieg,
der 27 Millionen Menschen das Leben kostete. Heute findet an der russischen Grenze
wieder ein gewaltiger Militäraufmarsch statt, der eine noch größere Katastrophe heraufbeschwört.
Auf dem Nato-Gipfel in Warschau beschloss das Militärbündnis die Stationierung
mehrerer Bataillone sowie den Aufbau eines Raketenabwehrsystems in Rumänien,
Polen und den baltischen Staaten. Der dänische Nato-Offzier Jakob Larsen erklärte:
»Wir müssen wieder lernen, den totalen Krieg zu führen.«
