If the FBI is allowed to use their profiling on Bush and CIA together with all the clues and info pointing to them, FBI would be sure about their case and have them arrested.

Dr Paul Keim, Northern Arizona University: Proofed scientifically that the Anthrax was an American strain and NOT from Iraq and in no way from Al-Qaeda. Even succeeded to proof that the strain only could come from the top military lab USAMRIID in Fort Detrick. This also must be the work of very well trained and equipped people: it’s too dangerous for an average terrorist to handle this.
The letters were in a smart way pointing towards Al-Qaeda and/or Iraq; bad spelling as-if from a foreigner and a non-scientific person, calling for ”Fear”, “Death to Israel”, “Death to USA”, “Allah is great”..
Rosemary McDermott: a lot of compounds are missing from the facility. People were doing investigation on Anthrax without permission.
Arab American used as an escape goat?; dr Assaad former USAMRIID; a letter about him as being Moslem-terrorist, was send to FBI. Dr Assaad was cleared by the FBI.
Mark: So they got close and this was meant to give someone the blame, to distract attention from another person at USAMRIID, or likely: to distract from USAMRIDD, CIA and Defense as the evil genius?
Warnings written on the Anthrax-letters, as if to prevent mass-casualties.

CIA-Cuba plan! Doing ‘terrorist’ attacks on American soil with low casualties to get support for the war against Cuba. Kennedy blocked this and was murdered, with many tracks to CIA.
The plan was to create fear and to get support from the American public.
“Fear” (..Death”, or something) is the exact word used in the letters.
Congress, the democratic elected parliament and its members were under attack.

Also, recent info from Al-Qaeda tells that the 4th plane had as mission the democratic Congress and not the Bush-clan’s White House and normally would have fulfilled it’s mission. But because of delay in departure of 45 minutes, the plane became 4th, reason for it’s failure, because passengers already knew about the other planes.
Because of the Anthrax measures, it takes three weeks before members of Congress receive their letters, so they miss a lot of important communication before deadlines, meetings and voting’s.
And you probably noticed: Bush doesn’t seem to like Congress, more specifically Democrats, bothering him.
Furthermore: it was Bush presenting a full war-cabinet without a real war threat; how could he know about the rapid changes to full scale war?
Having a war-cabinet AND ignoring a complete plan to attack Al-Qaeda for 9 months?
He told he didn’t want to fight them only into their defense, but to “exterminate them”, and waiting till 911 to get approval for this total war plan (the same plan, except for the “exterminating” part) that was set on the agenda September 9th.
What a nice coincidence…
The CIA wanted to point towards Al-Qaeda and Iraq; that was exactly the letters intended to do.
According to their intelligence, no method existed to track it to their own laboratory.
What a mistake they made: science found a way to track the real laboratory behind this.
They have two escape goats; one was the Moslem Dr, but cleared by FBI.
This was CIA’s second mistake!
Goat 2 is Dr Steven Hatfill (see info below).
Maybe he had to do something with it, but more people are involved.
But they try to give him the full blame.
Especially Ashcroft (Justice) accuses him and even seems to tell lies about him and the investigation; the FBI seems less sure about his guilt.
Ashcroft blocked anti-terrorist finance for FBI before 911 AND warned his people not to take the airplane before 911 happened.
But maybe Ashcroft only followed orders from the White House, like now the White House; Bush and CIA, ask him to give this guy the full blame for their game?

From the Dutch newspaper “De Telegraaf” August 29th, so I have to retranslate this in English again:
Only half of the Americans believe that Steven Hatfill is guilty about the Anthrax attacks.
Biochemist and specialized in how to defense against biochemical warfare at the military lab from Fort Detrick.
[Mark: according to info I received January in the US, this is a CIA-laboratory]
John Ashcroft of Justice [Mark: the same guy that new about terrorism with airplanes and forbid his people to take the plane, before 911], tries to give him all the blame.
The New York Times wrote that he failed for three subsequent lie-detector tests.
According to Steven Hatfill, he only had one test and the FBI told him he passed the test.
He wants them to test his blood, so they can find out he was never vaccinated against Anthrax, or got into contact with Anthrax.
But Hatfill made (in the 90-ties) a manuscript about a terrorist that attacks the Congress [Mark: probably this was also known by his superiors, the CIA, for a long time]
He also warned his superiors [Mark: that means or includes CIA officials, going all the way up] about the threat terrorist would sent anthrax by letter.
Furthermore, the FBI discovered that he cooperated with the Rhodesia special elite force of their army, while living in Greendale, near Harare.
According to rumors, the army spread anthrax under the black population.

Rumors in Africa; you’ve probably heard a lot of false and halve false of them.
And how does the FBI get information from Africa?
Isn’t this more the field where the CIA normally operates?
Didn’t the CIA pass this info to the FBI?

But the Anthrax letters had as sender written: “Greendale School”.

Yes, that refers to this guy.
But who know about this?
CIA knows.
Perhaps some people in Rhodesia know.
Maybe Al-Qaeda got to know if they are present in that country.
Its says “…School”.
That means people who learned from the Greendale issue.
But the best way to do the attacks is by putting them into an air-input of a big building: lot of contamination’s and people killed.
Bin Laden knows.
CIA knows.
CIA also knows their former plans of making minor terror attacks themselves on American soil.
This was to get the public ready for a war against Cuba.

And why this happened around 911, one letter even send before 911?
Why especially towards Democrats?
And why these days, just before the war against Iraq starts, Al Gore receives such a letter?
Al-Qaeda involvement is very unlikely.
Yes, maybe this guy did it.
He formed a team, a school, as ordered by his boss, the CIA.
But why would the CIA leave tracks and say Greendale School?
He is the perfect black sheep.
He probably doesn’t know anything about the case, but they just stole his idea’s.
And the info from Rhodesia (nothing special; a lot of former and present Nazi’s work for CIA), combined with his strange profile about writing books about this issue (you know: the writer that does the same as in his books to get attention)…
The CIA knew all this info for a long time.
He was the ideal person to give the full blame.
Probably the Anthrax did come from the military lab in Fort Detrick.
The easiest way for the CIA to get the Anthrax, because this is their lab!
Some interesting info and clues not mentioned in former article:
Northern Alliance leader Ahmed Shah Massoud was murdered on Sept 9th , a spill in Clarke’s plan.
Yes they didn’t like Clarke because he’s a Democrat from Clinton and a potential spy in their secret government, but could only that be a clue?
But Pakistan didn’t like Northern Alliance and his strong leadership. CIA had already close contacts with Pakistani intelligence before 911. To get support from Pakistan, a weak leadership in the Northern Alliance was needed and not a strong one that takes over the country.
And it is the head of the Pakistani intelligence that told a newspaper the Americans planned the attack on Afghanistan before 911…(probably  http://www.infowars.com/resources.html)
So almost for sure they (CIA) communicated about how this could be done, including the problem of Northern Alliance, Pakistan didn’t like.
This might be a possible clue to the very strange coincidence that especially Clarke, who made the plans to attack Al-Qaeda, lost two of his friends/allies in the attacks from them.
The other killed: O’Neill former FBI, that got a new job as head security in the WTC NY after problems with Ashcroft not giving him money for counter terrorism measures.
Hmm; a nice clean-up of potential troublemakers for the Bush government and disillusioning Clarke, only mentioning a theoretical possibility this time…
CONCLUSION:
For myself, I know for sure now: It was the CIA that planned this or just let it happen, together with Bush jr and/or sr. (former head CIA).
I already proved (see link below) that “they knew and just let it happen” was exactly what they did.
But was this done in a full conscious way?
O.K. Only after a court decides they’re guilty, I’m officially not allowed to say they did this on purpose, or at least in their own interests (that means in my view: unconscious-on-purpose, or better: on purpose unconscious).
I hate this language: I’m sure about this case and hesitated for a long time, after people told me about irregularities, information and far going conspiracy theories.
I’ve questioned these kind of theories till now, focussing on basic resources, sorting them on reliability, only getting more information and clues to support them.
But now, one year later: Yes, I’m convinced and sure Bush/CIA knew, let it happen and made it worse; almost a copy of the CIA-Cuba plan.
Don’t forget the strong alliance between the ‘need-for-more-profits’ military industry including Lockheed and VIP club Carlyle (Bush, Baker, Bin Laden’s, John Major, etc.), with the CIA; officially (payroll and organizationally) and unofficially (networking).
Too simplistic to be true; like a class-B American movie, how could one believe something like that?
But an actor in these kind of movies became president; Ronald Reagan.
He was the smartest of those three, smarter than the average American but not very smart compared to other presidents. Bush sr. was introduced by Reagan, only a little bit smarter than the average American, and now Bush jr. with the IQ of a high gifted monkey; lower than the average American.
One only needs some understanding of simple plots, bad tricks, be a wild-west cowboy from Texas and have a ‘high’ drive for personal money and power; that simple.
But more serious and even simple: If the FBI is allowed to use their profiling on Bush and CIA together with all the clues and info pointing to them, FBI would be sure about their case and have them arrested.
Do you still think this just is a conspiracy-theory?
Why the hell then are police and FBI allowed to investigate and make a list of potential suspects based on clues, information and statistics?
Why if someone else does that in a proper manner, it’s stigmatized as a conspiracy-theory?
Why investigators never are allowed and reluctant to include high society people and organizations into their research, the people that profit most from some issues?
