How to carry your responsibility? Ake Tyvi - 22.10.2002 00:31
A true case based documentation review versus reality and the different viewpoints of terrorism. HOW TO CARRY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNDER ANY STATE TERRORISM ACT - TRUE BASED DOCUMENTATION FILM ANALYSES OF AND ON DRAFT COPY - A lorry carrying a full sand load is found between railroad grade barriers and on the tract cross causing a railroad accident, where a routine goods train export cargo delivery to the harbour turns out to be something else, than just a nitrate fertilizer delivery as told in the cargo list. - The lorry has been set up on the track, so the delivered cargo were known in beforehand. In a closer examination the youngest and just nominated member of the accident lay board finds out (besides being the husband of government cargo company CEO’s daughter), that someone had changed two export cargo deliveries - one on its way to Iraq via Holland, and the other on its way to Sweden; the accident train cargo were found to be trinitrotoluene ("isotrotyyli") and not nitrate fertilizer as told on black and white. An interesting question were presented by one the reporter investigating the accident while the document goes on; "who would deliver a nitrate fertilizer cargo from north, if one has got fertilizer factory next to the transit harbour in Nethelands" and "to a nation just having bombed Kurds"? While the document movie goes on, it explains how Finnish responsibility is being handled, how and why everyone has got their task in the government machinery. Carrying responsibility in a Finnish way -and like Finnish civil servants do it- means, that all members of any accident lay board counts on police investigations and do not commit their own investigations, because under any possibly exposed mistake having taken place, it is most likely arranged and secured by Finnish Security Police or Army; Parliament or President can not be in responsible of "over governmental" issues, even they may "accept the presedures" on paper. -In this way Finnish civil officials are able to give a satisfying answer of undergoing going investigations to public mass media. Second aspect in the Finnish way of carrying responsibility is how the accident board handled the case; they simple ignored the facts, since they understood "how to carry their responsibility" on a possible government issue. Not the least aspect is the Nordic co-operation between Swedish and Finnish authorities; cargo were changed between two States know to co-operate on a high police level. -In this way all true evidence could have been either agreed in beforehand or afterwards, or even destroyed - according to the current needs in time. And like in any good movies, no speculations were done on state security bases against or for Finnish Police, Security Police or Army; I severely doubt, if the documentation could had been presented at all, if any analyses would had been presented. Finally, the documentation film educates how Finnish people should carry their responsibility towards the socialist state of Finland; all investigations must be cancelled, and one has to work through beforehand agreed procedures. A good working member in a socialist state never commits investigations, were they could find Finnish socialist government killing other people (as they have been in several cases eg. see documentation ISBN 951-98052-0-3). I suppose the best part of still to come - never mind folks: most Finnish born capitalist know these things and understand how to interpret these movies (I hope even the movie director). Unfortunately there are increasing amount of idiots supporting some ideology were things must be presented in our mass in the previously told way, and we have not been able to rid of those causing the dilemma. Leading executive of government railroad carries his responsibility by getting "rolled over by a train"; symbolically explains how Finnish government officials commit their acts, when protecting their rights if someone below is being caught, while running for someone above. We may say based on the gathered information of the Finnish Security Police, Finnish Police, Finnish Army, that all procedures do apply more to Finnish activities not told to citizen, but ran by the same people committing all other violations. A marvellous documentation based on true happened things in Finland explaining Finland’s State Police’s and government servants’s functionality and Finland’s policy towards Islamic nations and such socialist states like Sweden and Russia. Hardly any terrorist documentation based on true case can do a better result! I am more concerned Finland, than Iraq as a very potential terrorist state, and I very strongly agree with Mr Seppo Nevala’s today published statement, where he states "It is pretty dangerous to diminish the possible threat of terrorism in the Nordic nations.*" All Finnish Security Police act gets a natural explanation after "every piece fall into its place", and this documentation film gives a strong lining how things go in "academic" Finland (I scratch your back - you scratch mine). I take this opportunity to recommend this movie to someone like to the members of Central Intelligence Agency - this documentation movie is really splendid and marvellous pastime to any "think tank". Besides, this should be your work? It just a theory, that if these people do such things, they do not have any public media protection when killed by some agency; unfortunately it is just an theory, and we will never be able to find it out (naturally). What do you think?
