What is Sunland worldwide movement?

Some people turn to us with advice "You may simply buy some uninhabited Island. Why not?" These people don't realize properly what Sunland’s main foundations are. Even if this short introduction to the issue will antagonize by a part of our audience, nevertheless we must clarify the matter.
Sunland is a light beam in a Kingdom of darkness. Ordinary persons depreciatingly say “that is utopia”. Yes, Sunland is embodied utopia! Blockheads don't understand that Sunland is nothing unless it becomes a completely alternative vision. What is utopia in philosophical sense of word?
Utopia is an integral part of life. The world accumulates entropy in various forms until people, which inspired by the utopia, begin building some new forms of life. The world would have comes to end very quickly if utopia did not exist.
Thus, we can set up these Sunland’s main foundations:
1. There is no private property on Sunland.
Because “private property is a theft” (P.-J. Proudhon) Sunland doesn’t allow one person to be hired by another person. So in private ownership may be only personal items. All means of production and real estate is in a public ownership. All it belongs to commune itself. Also, the succession right applies only to personal items.
2. There is no institution of matrimony on Sunland.
People, who love each other joint for living together as they want it and how long they want it.
3. Sunland is not a state.
Because “State is the name of the coldest of all cold monsters” (F. Nietzsche) Sunland never will be a state or something like a state. Probably, a need will arise for Sunland's representation in relations with the States, but Sunland have to appear as likeness of a “state” only in this certain relationship.
In spite of the wild outburst of entropy, very few people nowadays want to change the whole world better. But even that few…how can they do any global, radical change if they don’t wish support any practical minor steps which help to go ahead towards the ultimate aims that they proclaim?
So, as realistic utopianists we don’t want to create the copy of a worm-eaten world in a smaller scale of the Island. Sunland should be a place at which people around the world watching with hope. Sunland should encourage and console them.
In this connection the question occurs. Is there any government in the world that could provide even uninhabited island, even the island that faced with environmental threat, even the island that has no economical or strategically importance? Well, we’ll check it! Sunland is a great project that checks people, governments, leaders…
Obviously, to get its aims Sunland must become a strong worldwide movement. Even you are not going to live on Sunland, if you are on the right track yours duty to help it someway. All we are Sunland’s army: not only those who are the members of the commune, but also supporters and sympathizers.
Sunland is good, really good and indeed good!
