The belgian governements want to criminalize squat.
The belgian governement want to pass a law for april to make eviction faster and to criminalize squat.
If the law pass, it will be possible for the mayor to make an eviction even without the opinion of the landlord of the squated house. Squating will be also criminalize. The justice minister Koen Geens wants to punish the act of squatting by prison sentence...
