More Than 50 Somalians have come together in front of the IND Den Bosch, Magistratenlaan 222. The numbers are expecting to be increased to 77 persons.
They have left the VBL Vught. The reason was that they have to move to VBL Ter Apel and that is not what they want. They want to be recognized as refugees, and not be treated as a criminals because they have to stamp every day.
It was about two weeks ago, when the Higher court ruled that no Somalians can be sent back to Somalia. so they are requesting to consider the decision of the court and that the IND should give them a chance that they can stay in Nederland.
